Download and print our Fall Shop Hop Bingo Card. As you travel to participating quilt shops, circle as many items that you complete by 10/31/2023. No completed lines necessary - just circle the ones you complete.
Fill out all information on the form (Name, address, etc: print please) and mail in an envelope to:
