State of Maine Quilt Shop Hop

2025 is the 25th Anniversary of the State of Maine Quilt Shop Hop!  This year there are 26 independent quilt shops participating.  You have the month of April to visit as many as you can.  Each shop will stamp your passport.  Once you're done at the end of April, you mail in your passport to be eligible for a prize.  Prizes are tiered, depending on how many shops you visit.  You will also receive a Free Charm Square at each shop!  Visit the Maine Shop Website for a free pattern to create a sewing machine cover with your charm squares.

Seams Sew Perfect will have a Free Gift for Shop Hoppers as well as an in-store door prize Shop Hop Sales & Specials!  

This year's fabric has been created exclusively for Maine Shop Hop by Ericka O'Rourke of Salt and Sky Art + Studio in New Harbor, Maine has designed 10 custom prints and two panels exclusively for the 2025 Maine Quilt Shop Hop. Northcott Fabrics has produced these and 8 custom blenders.  Northcott Fabrics produce "cottons that feel like silk".  Fabrics will be available in-store and online at our website beginning April 1st.

Each participating shop has created a "Shop Challenge Quilt" to show the many possibilities of creating with the Shop Hop fabrics.  You will be able to vote for your favorite.  Our 2025 Quilt is called "Half Logs".  It will be on display in our shop beginning April 1st.
