The State of Maine Quilt Shop Hop takes place every April in Maine.

Visit as many quilt shops as you can, get your passport stamped, and

be in the running for so many different prizes!

Monday thru Saturday 10am-4pm

CLOSED Sundays except for:

Open Sunday April 12 10am-4pm

About the State of Maine Quilt Shop Hop

This year there are 25 independent quilt shops participating. You have the month of April to visit as many as you can. Each shop will stamp your passport. Once you're done at the end of April, you mail in your passport to be eligible for a prize. Prizes are tiered, depending on how many shops you visit. You will also receive a Free Charm Square at each shop! Visit the Maine Shop Website for a free pattern to for the free charm squares you collect at each shop!

Seams Sew Perfect will have a Free Gift for Shop Hoppers as well as an in-store door prize Shop Hop Sales & Specials!

Each participating shop has created a "Shop Challenge Quilt" to show the many possibilities of creating with the Shop Hop fabrics. You will be able to vote for your favorite. Our 2025 Quilt is called "Half Logs". It will be on display in our shop beginning April 1st.

Exclusive Fabrics for the State of Maine Quilt Shop Hop

The 2026 fabric, "Maine's Small Wonders", has been created exclusively for Maine Shop Hop by Ericka O'Rourke of Salt and Sky Art + Studio in New Harbor, Maine . The fabrics were produced by Northcott Fabrics. As well, there is a rainbow of gorgeous Northcott blenders - we ordered them all!

Fabrics will be available in-store and online at our website beginning April 1st.
